I went to school for selling and sales management, and spent 15 years in retail sales and merchandising.  I always had a passion for branding and was drawn to the way powerful brands developed relationships with their customers through marketing.

But when I became a mom, I started a little side hustle and dug deep into marketing education to teach myself all about how to attract, nurture and convert my ideal customers. I read dozens of books, listened to countless podcasts and courses and networked with coaches and experts.

But when I became a mom, I started a little side hustle and dug deep into marketing education to teach myself all about how to attract, nurture and convert my ideal customers. I read dozens of books, listened to countless podcasts and courses and networked with coaches and experts. 

In 2018 I had the opportunity to step into a Marketing position in corporate retail, and with the mindset of “I’ll figure it out” I helped a multi-million dollar brand get consistent with their messaging and implement scrappy strategies (think lean budget) to grow the business nearly 300% over 5 years. I started as a team of 1, and grew to lead a department of 8 team members, teaching marketing fundamentals along the way. 

I realized, if I can teach marketing to myself and my team, I can teach other business owners how to do MARKETING too.
